Nous recherchons pour l'ESAT DE JONZAC, un Chef de Fabrication en Restauration Collective (H/F). Vous serez en charge d'organiser les différentes phases de la fabrication de 800 repas jour au sein d'une cuisine centrale composée de moniteurs d'atelier, de leurs équipes et d'agents de production.
